How to brand and customize your account

Put your brand at center stage with our white label ticketing solution. In this guide we will be explaining how to customize every aspect of your interfaces to provide a fully branded experience throughout the whole booking flow.

1. Brand your account

Choose from our pre-defined colour themes or customise the interfaces with your own brand colours.

Primary colour settings

In your Admin portal go to Website > Branding
Select 'Custom'
If you had a primary colour, add the 'HEX code'

Advanced color settings for pros

Your color scheme will be automatically generated for the interfaces based on your primary color. We recommend using these autogenerated shades, however if you would like to customize the color further for individual interface elements (button, link, menu color etc), please amend these color shades:

500 - Primary button color
600 - Link color
800 - Top menu color

Note for secondary brand color: We recommend adding your secondary for the number 600 and above, so that the first part of your color chart is representing your primary color shades and the second part is used for secondary colour shades (see example here w

Setup Stripe Account

Ticketlocity intergrates with Stripe.com so that you receive your payments every to business days after each sale. If you are new to stripe, after signing up, any payments received can take up to 7 days to be deposited into your account. After the 7 day hold, funds than are deposited every 2 business days.

To get Started, Click on Settings at the bottom left hand side of the screen:

Click on payment settings at the top of the screen.

Place payment mode to Live mode.

Go down to payment gateways and turn on both Box office and Shop one by one.

Once those are turned on, click on settings (across from the stripe logo)

on this screen you will press on connect live stripe account.

If you already have a stripe account, just use the login option. if you don't signup for one. Signup process for stripe can take about 5 minutes. Be sure you have your Business Tax ID Information and banking information.

Once you are complete with the signup and/or connect process, you will be taken back to ticketlocity.com and you will see that your payment account is now connected.

How to change Ticket Prices

To change ticket prices, navgate to your event dashboard, stroll down to your ticket types Click on the ticket type in question which will take you into edit ticketing option. From this screen change pricing as you wish then save changes

How to set time zone and date/time formatting?

From your logged in Ticketlocity account, click on Settings and then General settings. or click here

on the general settings tab, stroll down to timezone to adjust the timezone.

To change date formatting stroll down to Date display settings and change to the most common which is middle endian.

to change time from24 hours to 12 hour formatting, go down to time display settings and change according.
