How to brand and customize your account
Put your brand at center stage with our white label ticketing solution. In this guide we will be explaining how to customize every aspect of your interfaces to provide a fully branded experience throughout the whole booking flow.

Choose from our pre-defined colour themes or customise the interfaces with your own brand colours.
In your Admin portal go to Website > Branding
Select 'Custom'
If you had a primary colour, add the 'HEX code'

Your color scheme will be automatically generated for the interfaces based on your primary color. We recommend using these autogenerated shades, however if you would like to customize the color further for individual interface elements (button, link, menu color etc), please amend these color shades:
500 - Primary button color
600 - Link color
800 - Top menu color
Note for secondary brand color: We recommend adding your secondary for the number 600 and above, so that the first part of your color chart is representing your primary color shades and the second part is used for secondary colour shades (see example here where pink is primary, purple is secondary).
Upload high quality PNG or SVG logos
The 'icon' version of the logo will be used as your favicon in the browser
Once your brand color are set, head over to Website > Themes to customize the individual elements on your event page interfaces. Please ensure '**Company**' is selected under 'Theme and Text settings' to use your own color previously configured.
In the Text settings section select your preferred font type and font sizes
All Google font types are available
Go to Button options > click Edit
Here you can customize the shape and style of your buttons
Note for secondary brand color: To set up the secondary buttons with your secondary color, select shade Brand-600 or above you've configured under 'Branding'.

Go to Menu options > Edit to customize your menus.
Menu color
Top menu: There is a choice of 'Grey' or 'Default' which will be using the shade 800 you've set under 'Branding'
Main menu: Choose from a range of default color or click 'View advanced options' to select a specific color shade you've set under 'Branding'
Text color will be automatically set based on your chosen color, but you can amend them under the drop-downs

Menu layout options
In the same section go to '*Layout'** to choose the alignment of your menu items (left, right or centre)
The menu can overlay the header image when there's a header image added for example on Listing pages. To set this up, select Menu position > Cover full width and adjust the Opacity
To complete this setting, set up a Listing page and add a header image.

Go to Footer options > click Edit
Choose from the layout options
Set the menu and text color
You can merge the two footer menus into a single menu by enabling the 'Hide bottom footer' toggle

Once your website if fully customized, set up your Listing page, add your company details and preview the whole customer flow by clicking 'View site' on your Admin dashboard.
